The ultimate control over the direction of the Academy Trust
Individuals with specific expertise and relevant experience who have overall accountability for the strategic direction and cross trust scrutiny. Also, to determine scheme of delegation, pay and remuneration and all governance appointments.
This will be led by the CEO (Accounting Officer) and include a School Improvement Team, (initially Executive Headteacher, Director of Teaching and Learning and Executive Improvement Partners). As well as the organisational Support Team (initially Director of Finance and Clerk to the Trust).

Clear schemes of delegation in each Academy. Consists of Chair of Governors, up to six local community appointees and at least two elected parents and staff.
